Sir, 1.)What is a lawyer notice?
2.)What is the differences between lawyer notice and summons?

1. lawyers notice is for some matter that can be litigated before a court if the notice matter is not attended to by the addressee of the notice.
2. Summons is a notice issued by the court where a litigation is instituted to parties to such litigation to attend the court proceedings on certain fixed date and time.
