My village surpunch is misusing panchyat funds.
Kindly guide me where should i complient along with evidences.

Do you have substantial evidence to prove that the sarpanch is minting money out of public funds? If so, report the matter to all authorities with evidence in the chain starting from BDO, DC, Collector, Secretary (state), minister and CM.
You may also lodge police complaint to SHO, SP, IG and file criminal complaint if no FIR is lodged.
