Can i file perjury case

(Querist) 12 June 2015 This query is : Resolved 
my wife accused me in false 498a and i got accquital in that. In her statement she said that in 2013 she was working on chb basis in a college but now she in not working anywhere. but now also she is working in that college i have proof of it so can i file perjury case against here.

What is "chb basis"?
No perjury is maintainable.
