whether it is advisable for anyone to go for DU 3 year LLB programme given its current status being 'derecognised' by BCI.??
ROHIT SHARMA (Expert) 04 December 2014
1. You can judge for yourself.
2. The current status DU 3 year LLB program being 'not - recognized' by BCI it self shows that enrolling for such course is waste of time and money.
ajay sethi (Expert) 04 December 2014
waste of time and money . why you want to opt for law degree which is not recognised by BCI
Guest (Expert) 04 December 2014
If the program is not recognized, accept for practising as an advocate in a court of law, that can be of your academic interest to gain knowledge of law to help you in your service carrer to get better opportunities as legal officer, secretarial officer/ assistant, etc.
R.K Nanda (Expert) 04 December 2014

Sailesh Kumar Shah (Expert) 04 December 2014

Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 04 December 2014
Such degree has no value as per as court appearance is concerned.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 05 December 2014
The degree would be recognised by BCI after some formalities . This position may not continue, reputation of DU at stake.
