What is the stamp duty rate for getting the gift deed registeted for gifting building in kolkata to my son ?

The stamp duty in West Bengal for gift within relative is 0.5% and registration fees is 1.1%.

In WB the stamp duty is calculated separately on the land and structure.

It differs if the property is in Kolkata or or in any other place in WB.

In general the stamp duty for gift if made between blood relations like in your case it is .5% whereas registration fee is 1.1%.
