THE EMPLOYEES’ PROVIDENT FUNDS AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS ACT, 1952
(Act No. 19 of 1952)

Under Section 7-I of the Act an appeal against such order lies to E.P.F. Appellate Tribunal and as such a Writ Petition against such order is not maintainable
