Describe the situation in evidence and submit the medical papers and pray to court for compensation in addition to sentence under Sec 357 Cr.p.C.

You say that your mother could not work properly due your filing of FIR. How they are responsible for the medical maintenance? Cause of action is from your side and you are supposed to take care of her not only by virtue of being her son but also for causing mental tension.

You should file a civil case as suit for damages before civil court and claim the medical expenses, compensation for torture and this disability, but the civil court may hold the case till the criminal case verdict.
