Civil appeal in Supreme Court against judgement in lpa/ writ p of high court allowed. But state is not implementing sc orders. Pl let me know where I can file contempt of court petition , in high court or have to go to sc again.

file contempt petition in court whose order is not getting implemented.

If SC did not vary or modify the HC order but simply affirmed it then contempt will lie in HC only.
