1. Said lottery shop has open in resident vicinity, Mumbai jurisdiction .

2. Afraid of wrong influence to children's.

3. Help us to stop such nuisance.

4. Whom to complaint, what department issues licenses .

5. I have no idea whether lottery shop has license or not.

Better approach local municipal authorities seeking to take action on such illegal activities. But ensure that you are not landing in trouble, because generally such illegal activities will be under the control of some mafia group.
