Dear member kindly guide on below issue:

We are a private company, recently received letter under RTI.

Since, private company does not come under the purview of RTI Act, still is liable to reply the letter if received.

If your company has ever received the aid or grant of State, you are covered under RTI Act otherwise you are not covered hence reply accordingly.

if the compnay is working by partial funding of the government, the company is liable to furnish the same.
