498a chargesheet

Hello Respected Members,

My bhabhi put 498A and DV case on my elder brother and parents.
After 2 year the police has finally filled chargesheet. In CS reagaring my parents they said they are supporting my brother and asking aditional dowry.

We would like remove our parents name from CS , is it right to appeal in Hihg court or we should fight case on merit in Lower court only.

One's name can not be removed at the will of the applicant.
You can file quashing to do the same but again it is rarely allowed by the high court.
