What is the meaning of term "anadi court" ?

I would like to know from the Experts that i heard about Anadi Court, what is it? whether the "Anadi Court" is type of court or anything special court.

Stop adventuring and do not give ears to every thing you come across.'Anadi' is a word
whose meaning must be known to you.Then there can not be court of the type you are talking about.
You might have heard of anandi balika vadhu serial case or of BHOLWADA ANADI COURT CAMPUS AT MUMBAI .
