iam facing 498,and trail is going on, maintainnece case and RCR on me, , i already filed for divorce after she filed for maintaince, first she filed 498a on me
now again she filed ipc 493 494 495 497 on me ,my collegue and my brother by lodging private complaint in court,police r troubling me,shuld i get AB. my brother lives seperately ,shall he also need ab,pls advice ,police r saying no need for my brother and my collegue to take bail at present,shuld my colleague also to take AB,police saying me only to take bail ,shall i really need bail or what to do.

All the persons whose names are mentioned in the FIR should take bail.
Since it is aftermath of 498A case, taking of bail should be easy.
Apply for it asap to evade arrest.

If investigating officer is saying that the names of your brother and colleague shall be deleted from the array of accused persons while conducting the investigation, there is no need for them to get the bail rather you should seek regular bail.
