Transfer of divorce case from bangalore to delhi

Hi. My divorce case in pending since 2008 and now in 2013 my wife filled a transfer petition to transfer the case to Delhi. The Supreme Court ordered in favor of my wife as expected in early Feb 2014. Now it's almost 2-3 months and I have not heard from any district court. Can some one please help me if there is any thing I can do to find out what is causing the delay and how long it would take for case to be start again in Delhi?

Yes, take a certified copy of the supreme court and submit it in the current court so it gets trasnfserred to Delhi asap.

I was told by my SC Lawer that i should recieve a notice from disctrict court. So was I suppose to file something to initiate the process, would bglr court nt receive the copy of the order from SC!

ask your Sc lawyer to obtain certified copy of order from Sc . then file it as advised in delhi court . you can also furnish copy of order to bangalore court on next date

You should wait for the notice from Delhi court.

Can search the web of Delhi courts, your efforts may fetch you some results.

I searched the Delhi court case status, nothing yet.
Can some one please tell what is the legal procedure that should have happen and why it is taking time?
