Eviction of tenants...

Respected Sir/Madam,

I want to remove my tenants from my house. Hence, if I file a case upon Section – 6 (c), 6 (h) and 6 (i) under chapter III of THE WEST BENGAL PREMISES TENANCY ACT, 1997 then what chances do I have, and how fast will I get a fruitful result.

I have photo proofs which can support my case.
