Can anyone tell me what Aachar Sanhita is? and is it true that Co-operative Housing Societies cannot conduct Elections to change the Management Committee during Aachar Sanhita?

Aachar Sanghita is applicable in the general elections for lok sabha or state legislative election, check other details from site of Election Commission of India /respective state.
Aachar sanghita has nothing to do (not applicable)with election of management committee of a CGHS where the society can conduct their election, if they decide.
