i have a brother and a sister with my father with them.we all lived with our families in a single home.i have done all to my father according to which he was in my favour.so i changed my name and my father soled the property to me to nearly about 30 lakhs and the remaining money i got lone from a company,now it is being 1 year we still were living here as it is,but now my bro wants to file a case on me as for doing froud.is it a kind of froud? do he can case a file if so then on whome he can? he says he is ready for fight even physically,can i sell the property to clear all the mess.i have registry of the property which is legal,i dont to give any money to my bro,since i will take care of my father and sister.{ i took the lone from the company remarking that i have job instead of business ,because that much of money was granted only to job candidates.}how could i vacate the house,in order to sell.

if you have purchased the property by regsitered agreement from your father you are absolute owner of said property . you have stated that you had paid your father RS 30 lkahs and balance amount was taken loan by you . let your brother file case . he wont succeed . you can sell your property if you so desire

if any one is responsible for the money of Rs 30 lakh for division, it is your father.

How you changed your name and to which name the property was sold.

You say you were doing business and misrepresented that you are serving to take loan. This is criminal act. The company can lodge FIR against you.

Consult a local lawyer and show him all the documents.

Now it becomes your self acquired property over which you have absolute rights vide the registered sale deed. Ask your brother to restrain or let him file a case, you challenge it appropriately.
