my question is that is jmfc (criminal court)is having the jurisdiction of the impound of the document,plz guide me only on criminal court,i know that civil has the jurisdiction of that

A Court is a court for all purposes. Evidence Act is applicable in civil as well as in criminal courts so impounding of documents is well within the jurisdiction of the criminal court.

over here in kolhapur i have taken many advocates advise but just they are misguiding ,plz help me out if the criminal court is having the jurisdiction to impound the any document then in which section and citation required plz help to the needfull
