dear sir

i had deposited my credit card payment on due date. while the same was not deposited by the bank on time hence they have levied penatly and interest

hence would like to know complaint to be file against the bank

if yoou had deposited credit card payment on due date with bank then you cannot be charged with penalty and interest . make representaion to bank .if no action taken complain to bank ombudsman . no sense in filing complaint before consumer forum .

In case banking ombudsman does not resolve the issue consumer complaint could still be lodged.
