Sir,
My Friend had grand father. He died 3 months ago. He has a property. He made a will 3 times in a life. His Grand father has 3 Sons and 1 daughter. First will he made on name of his uncle(means chacha ji). second will he changed after 6 years and made it equally for all sons. But after 2 month his uncle convince his father and changed his will again and made it on his wife name. When grand father died he sold house the value is 70 lakh and ran away without partions of property.sir my questions is:
1.can all brothers except his uncle claim his uncle on the behalf of second will.
if there is a way so please reply as soon as possible

Since he sold the property during his life time, the Will ( last one) has no force any more.
Bow the sale proceeds if anything is still left is to be divided among his legal heirs.

last will revokes earlier wills . you ought to have filed suit for partition . challenged the last will
