Married woman rights

(Querist) 07 October 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sir/Madam,

My wife aged 28 year and we married in the year 2005, has ancestral property which is still not portioned (portioned matter is in the court) her father and his brothers, what is the rights she has?
