I had purchased a property from my father in law 2 years back.My brother in law stays on first floor of this property. How much does it take to get the possession after filing eviction suit and a tentative cost of lawyer's and the court fees?

no fixed amount nor period can be mentioned . depends upon pendency of court cases in your city .
