Planning to file rcr

(Querist) 13 August 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts,

Thank you all for the supports you render to the person in need

please suggest me on this

I am planning to file an rcr as my wife doesnt have that much confidence and courage to ask her parents to allow her to go to matrimony house (as she is ready to come and always asking me to do something and take me away).

Several times they have given me date when they will be sending my wife back but every time their commitment failed.

Therefore, i planning to send three notices to come back to me before filing actual rcr.

My actual plan is to raise some confidence in her and answer my notices on her own, and if she fails they ultimately she would be answerable in court where i will be able to know her decision clearly.

Am I doing right or you have some better idea

Please help

Once again try through some effective people of the society and family. If no result outcome RCR may be filed..

One notice is sufficient and if no favourable results come, file RCR as decided.

It would have been in your interest of have all facts in one place so that the experts do not have to spy around for facts of the case and you get complete advise at one thread.

You have got enough advise if you really intend to save marriage then go ahead.

agree with the expert Sudhir Kumar ji, cling to one thread.
Nothing more to add.
