i want to gift a plot to my son. the plot is bought with my own earned money. what is the cheapest and safest way to gift it to my son so that my daughters can not put any claim later and also my son need not pay any money for registration of the plot the plot is in

A registered WILL can be executed making SON to be heir on your demise to avoid stamp duty payable on a gift deed.

You should specially record a reason why you are not willing inheritance to pass to daughters.
Will should be registered openly and not by any deposit.Better daughters are intimated obtaining their sign as NOC,if not possible, may be by email communication to make things safest and cheapest.

Will shall provide the ownership rights in favour of your son after your demise but shall cost nothing but the gift deed duly registered shall provide the ownership immediately to him but it shall cost stamp duty as per your State law.
Now option is with you.
