Dear Experts,
One of my friend is planning to set up a small Private IT Company in B.Lore. Kindly help with the check list of registrations/licences which are required in setting up a Pvt IT Firm under various Laws.
This will help him to give a fair idea in the initial stages. Post which I will advise him to take professional's help in procuring the same.
