Suddenly termination

i am working since 4 month as a assistant account suddenly without any notice termination from private limited company so,please help to deal with this problem

To give proper advice it is needed to read your service terms and condition.In certain cases company can terminate during the probation period.

Facts are incomplete, whether any appointment letter was issued, its contents and any notice period. What are the service conditions in your company. Whether you were marking your attendance any where.

Your work and conduct might not have been found satisfactory so company might have ousted you. Instead of waging war in court against such short period of service, better to change it.
