hi,meri wife ne mera upar domestic violence ka case file kiya hai.or mera ek 3 months chota baby boy hai maine apne baby ko 1 time hi dekha hai or uske baad meri wife or uske gharwale mujhe usse milne nahi deraha hai.court se mujhe mera bache se milne ka permission mil sakta hai kya.kyonki wo abhi 3 months chotta hai na isliye court mujhe permit denge kya beche se milne ka?

for my knowledge i am asking that can the court permit me to stay with my child for 1 day or more.actually he is only 3 months thts why?
