The Mutual consent divorce case is in initial stage and pending in family court and wife's sister is trying to search a second person to marry wife on matrimonial website.Wife's sister has mentioned wife as "Divorcee" on matrimonial website although divorce is not granted and wife's marital status is still "married".Can husband put allegations to wife's sister for creating fake marital status and searching for a person for marriage though the case is pending?

no, this not an offence in the eyes of law, because social/matrimonial site can not bound to any person to mention all the detail truly

One need not say that so and so, whose divorce case filed by .... is pending before .... and the next date of hearing is ...., is looking for an alliance etc.
Therefore, one cannot make any complaint on the basis of the advertisement in the matrimonial site.
Pl. look for some good grounds on merit rather than concentrating on such trivial matters.

broadly no offense. If remarriage before divorce offense occurs.
