Delay tactics by respondent

My pettion was accepted in oct2012,notice is also served to the respondent.it is a contested divorce,she got married another guy .now from past 5 hearings she has attended only 2 and not even put thr counter pettition, judge is continuously adjorning to next date. I'm getting mentally harrases. Can pls guide me wat steps can b taken to get my
divorce.y she has not yet been expartee for not file the counter.how can I counter her cheap delay tactics.... thanks in advance

During seventh months the case proceeded well. The courts in India does take that much of time.
If you have proof of her marriage then file a criminal case of bigamy.

I completely agree with Mr. Burman
if you have any proof that she got married another guy then file a criminal case u/s 494 of IPC before court.

2nx papers. By knowing that I got the FIR copyv in which she mentioned that they were sexualy involved. After when she got to v that I have her FIR copy.. shee put a ppetition in high Court that her FIR WAS suppressed and include me as one of the respondent.
But actually she has not filed the counter for my petition for divorce.. rather she is mentally harrasing me and wasting my valuable time.experts pls guide me wat can b done to get me out of her... she is criminal minded and sico she had already physically hurt me before this event.

2nd guy who married her filed bigamy on her, she filed 420 on him and their affair story was published in news papers. By knowing that I got the FIR copyv in which she mentioned that they were sexualy involved.
