sir , my case is my Brother in Law bought a land in Ballia. Jab vah boundry karane laga to uske padosi ne kaha ki aap mere land aur apne land ke beech 2 feet ka jagah chhode (for street). Tab mere brother ne kaha aapne nahi chhode hai to main kyu chhodu, mujhe chhodne ki jarurat nahi hai . Aur mere brother ne boundry karane laga tab padosi ne brother ke land ke uper stay order laga diya. please tell me yeh stay order kaise khatam hoga.kyuki hume usi land per construction karni hai.
