Hello sir,
I am facing a criminal case in lower court Bongaigaon in Assam. I want to know whether i could plea for quashing in high court Delhi.

you have to move high court in Gawhati assam for quashing .how cna you move delhi high court of case filed in assame

Merit of quashing of a case in High Court are rare cases,however you can quash the same in Gawhati High Court not Delhi High Court.

Delhi HC has no jurisdiction over Assam cases, you may go to SC if the matter has importance.
