Bank matter

sir,
i had my loan A/c with the SBI which is settled by me but bank is not providing me and my guarantors NOC's.what can i do ? can i file case in the police station ? pls guide me

if you have settled the loan account bank must have mentioned that amount has been received in full and final settlement and there are no outstanding dues .

Go to bank again and ask NOC from them.

If the loan is settled and bank is not giving NOC, then send a notice to the bank through a lawyer and thereafter file a consumer complaint.

Follow it up with banking ombudsman.

You can ask the bank to give you a statement of your loan account,seek loan pass book entries, to ascertain whehter the loan is settled as per the books of account of the banker. It will solve your problem.

Yes you can file case in the police station.
