Salary arreer

i was working in a company, the employer defaulted in giving two months salary and not accepting my resignation also,
i want my salary arreer and i want to resign.
what should i do, please advice.!

Is there any written contract between the employer and the employee?

if yes then act as per the terms of the contract.

if there is no such contract then serve the employer with a legal notice and claim your salary.

You may leave the job instantly if there are no pre condition of any notice.
