I have been accused in a case U/S 498A, 323,504 and 3/4 D.P. ACT.I have filled for discharge in Magistrate court as there was no time and date of alleged false voilance incident.He has rejected the application .Now I filled revision in session court.A senior lawyer has suggested following citation to quote with discharge application.These are

if you have engaged a senior lawyer and paying his fees let him do the home work too . let him obtain copies of said judgements .

we dont offer any free lunches now

Your lawyer is supposed to arrange copies of these decisions.
It is not your job to arrange the same to your advocate.

Whole panel answered my query but none has provided with the details in pdf which I wanted.I want desperate help as in other case I have changed 3 lawyers because they were influenced by other party.Please help me.The following two judgements I have sorted out.Please provide remaining.

cases are won or lost by tactics of the advocate and not the citations.

If you put such irrelevant citations on the head of your advocate , he will also loose interest so find another advocate.

And if the court says I do agree with this citation what you will do.

Citations do not work like computer , otherwise there is no need of courts we will put citations and get results.

It is the tactics of defense advocate to twist the case since each case is different.
