why you have mentioned in subject matter "Cheque bounce" when it is not bounced?????
ajay sethi (Expert) 27 January 2012
since you have made payment in cash and have no proff of payments made better settle with complainant . engage alawyer and submit replty to legal notice

Yes only the way what mr sethi given
Naresh Kudal (Expert) 27 January 2012
You should have receipts of payment, if you don't, how will you prove the payment in court?
Now it will better to go with Mr. Sethi's advice.

You have to take the defense only in the court.

May be yours is a real story but now money /loan sharks are exploiting this law.

Any case of cheque bounce (NI 138) can be won by the accused if diligently perused from initial stage. It is a myth that once a cheque is bounced conviction is imminent .
The complainant has to pass many many and many legal hurdles to achieve this.
is law.

JSDN has truely represented my views on the subject.
V R SHROFF (Expert) 28 January 2012
I too Agree with JSDN & Mr. Makkad.

Why settle with Cheaters, who collected 61k, and again sent notice.

You reply, you paid it, & ask him to retd cheque taken for security.

I can not make you more foolish and also I can not make you wiser unless you visit me before it is too late.
