Dear Sir(s), Judge is not dselivering a order in IA (3rd party inclusion)in the demolition case, for last 6 months. What do I do? He has just posted for further hearing (remark on the order sheet), on the interval of 1 month since Aug.11 without coming it on the board.. Pls guide/remedy.

it must be due to backlog of cases. if it is for judgement and no order s are passed have the papers produced in court and mention the matter . reuqest the court to pass an order at the earliest

File writ petition under Article 227 before concern the High Court, praying for speedy disposal of the case.

Most welcome you are! However even directions of High court does not do a lot when Courts are rushed with heavy load of pendency.Better press before the court where matter is pending.

Dear Sir(s), The matters donot exceed more than 10-15 a day to a Addl.DJ.& half of them are criminal. Its not overload or pendency.. Does not know whats his problem. Some say he is slow on civil. then why is he heard the arguments?
