ur query appears to be " whether the issue regarding jurisdiction is to be tried in priority to other issues?
If so, the reply is yes if it is pecuniary. Otherwise the judgment will be without jurisdiction as this issue is factual rather than legal. If the jurisdiction is territorial, then it may be tried with other issues.
