it repeat query dur to lack of response to previous query
sry for that

as per change crpc 41, police is suppose to serve a notice to husband before arrest is made. 498a case

What form of notice is considered legal.

Can oral summon or notice be made by IO?

as per New section 41A in Crpc
Police Officer shall issue a notice with terms & condition,
the notice will be in writting not oral.

Wait a minute,

It doesnot say that the IO can not arrest w/o notice.

If notice is issued, it should be in writing. So don't just be smug, take appropriate actions like AB and all.
