Our Compnay is Ltd Co.
we have sold some material to partners 2007
worth Rs.3.00L
we has given chq for 10K in 2010 which got bounced

if i want to file recovery suits for which amt I can file.

if you have any documentory proof regarding money then you can file a civil suit for recovery and defenatily you can get you money with interest, and for 10K you can file a criminal case u/s 138 NI Act.

just to add as per bill date 3 years are over but later chq was issued for 10k whose 6 months are over so can i file recovery suit on last chq ands claim 3L against them

yes, you can file recovery suit since debt acknowledgement accept.
