Driving license for goods vehicle ( transport vehicle}

Is there any minimum educational qualification clause under MV Act, to obtain the driving License to Drive the LMV(Transport)Goods Vehicle ?

No educational qualification is required but you have to be able to drive the vehicle and now the signs displayed on road and at the RTO office while your test is performed
