How much does it cost to file a suit for partition in court of law.............Does it vary with the Value of the Asset actually the asset costs 1.65 crores

It does not depend upon the value of the suit property.
In Bengal the court fees is fixed at Rs 100/-.

The stamps to be levied on such suit is different from State to State so better enquire locally.

If you are not in possession of property -Physical or symbolic then you have to pay court fee on market price of your share otherwise in most of the states it is 200/-
