This query is : Resolved
sir in a govt department where promotion is based on assessment interview - if a scientist is promoted say in the year 2001 and the court orders for considering his case for assessment in the year 1998 as he was wrongly not considered for promotion in the year 1998 will he have to reappear in the interview for the year 1998. Thus for one promotion he will have to give interview two times. Is taking interview twice legal. is there any supreme court ruling which says doble interview (punishment) is illegal. pl. give the reference of the ruling so that i can quote for relief thanks
