Dear Experts,
Last year on behalf of a pvt. ltd. co. we had filed a form 2 for allotment of shares for the shares subscribed by the directors, who was newly appointed & due to this number of members of the co. is 6. however while prefilling the MCA forms for the year 10-11 f. y., it prefills the number as 5 although other data with regard to share capital etc., are updated. now what is the remedy left to me to correct the same & if it's not possible to rectify the same, can I continue with this year's filing with the same number as the number of shareholders.

it is better to make representation and file correct form and get this error rectified.

i feel such queries should not be entertained here .A company should engage CS for these services it is none of our business to look into these affairs before any dispute.AND why a free service should sought by a company or its employee????????
i agree to render services to NGOs ,charitable and benevolent institutions but not companies.
Day before yesterday i refused a query from one MBA employee of a co.,and every one agreed with me hence no bias towards you too.
i am sorry!!!
