Interim maintenance amount with husband surname

Dear Sir,
Today I have given Interim maintenance amount to my wife as petty cash . I got the receipt of that.In that receipt it was mentioned my wife name with my surname ( Alka tiwari ) w/o Gagan tiwari received amount of xxx as part of interim maintenance. She signed and took the money. My question is next time I want to give D.D to her with my surname. Whether she can able to en cash the D.D with my surname.

if your wife is using her married surname if you send DD to her she can encash it . what is the problem .

There is no problem to get encashed such DD.

yes as any name if dd is drawn by one bank branch on its other branch but why you are interested in such thrills and do not maintain consistency.

Sir, I AM TRAPPED IN FALSE 498A and DVC cases. I asked her to come forwad for marriage which she is rejecting. I want marriage registration certificate. So if i give D.D on my surname than she might come for marriage registration...

Clarify whether you dispute the marriage or not.
Ypu have already raised the dispute on marriage in those proceedings then it is better not to make any negotiable instrument on her name bearing your surname.
