hai sir,

suppose wife getting the property from her father as a gift deed, on this property is there any rights for her husband send reply urgent.

The husband will have no right in the said property of his wife, DURING THE LIFE TIME OF the wife.

But, if the wife dies, without leaving any WILL or disposing of the property, and if the husband survives, then he will be one of the legal heirs entitled to inherit the property left behind by the wife.
