Abuse by Debt Collector

One of my client got verbal abuse for debt over phone.He has recording of the used profanity.Is there any provision except FIR.Can we file a complaint as per S-200 of Crpc.Can someone guide me Judgment or direction please?

Yes you may file complaint in court under Sec 200 and may produce this recording in support. No judgment is necessary.

First you have to report the matter to your local police, then you can lodge the complaint before judicial megistrate.

Well advised by the experts. My experience is that the police is not entertaining these complaints. Go for a private complaint.
