The category is ill defined. A person cannot be expert in civil law without being expert in family law, legal document, property law, kindly take advise of practical lawyer practicing independently in courts. I think the category is devised by taking advise of Law Professors/Teachers or persons working in law firms who have no experience of working of our courts.
