Hello Sir

There is a flat in our society in the name of two brothers but they are not leaving here staying elsewhere and now they want to transfer the flat in the name of their younger brother who is staying in this flat since long. Now what is the procedure to be followed to transfer the flat?

Brothers can execute the rights relinquish deed in favour of brother who is residing in the flat

As as advised by experts, registered gift deed i favor of the person (brother) will be a better solution.
