A person is convicted u/s 323 and 325 IPC and realeased on Probation for a period of 6 months and one year respectively for sec.323,325 of IPC. The Order is annouced on 14-05-2014 by S.D.J.M. Court,Mahendragarh in Haryana. Can he contest the election for the post of Panch or Sarpanch in Haryana in future
