My grandmother-in-law had made a Will and it has been registered also. Unfortunately the Will has been lost by my father-in-law. Could you please tell me the process of retrieving the copy of Will. The will was registered in Pune, Maharashtra, India

You can apply to the office where the will was registered. You have to search the records of the Registrar Office to have the details.

YOU NEED TO APPLY IN SUB REGISTRY IT WAS REGISTERED AFTER INSPECTING REGISTER OF RECORDS FOR WHICH REGISTRAR MAY DEMAND A NOTARY AFFIDAVIT TO THE EFFECT THAT YOU ARE BENEFICIARY IN THE WILL OR EXPLANATION HOW ARE YOU CONCERNED WITH TESTATOR AND ALSO THAT SHE IS DEAD.
